7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Aeromist, we want you to feel confident when choosing your fragrance. We understand that perfumes can be affected by temperature, handling, and transit conditions while making their way from our facility to your doorstep.

For this reason, we recommend allowing your perfume to settle in a cool, dry place for a little while after delivery before making a final assessment of the fragrance.

If, after trying it, you feel that the fragrance is not right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Policy Details

● Eligibility
This return and exchange policy applies only to eligible 50ml perfume bottles that are unused.

● Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

* Samples
* Testers
* Miniatures
* Travel sets
* Any other product specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

● Original Condition Required
Returned perfumes must be sent back in their original, unused condition, together with:

* Original perfume bottle
* Original box
* All packaging materials
* Bubble wrap or protective packaging supplied with the order

Customers are responsible for packing the product securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Important: If a returned product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable due to inadequate packaging or damage during return transit, Aeromist reserves the right to decline the refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Aeromist.

All approved returns must be sent using a traceable courier service, such as TCS, Leopards, or another courier that provides shipment tracking.

If a return is sent on a cash-on-delivery or unpaid basis, any applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Aeromist will process the approved refund within 7 working days.

The refund amount may be subject to deductions for applicable return shipping charges or other costs permitted under this policy.

Exchange Requests

If you would prefer to exchange an eligible perfume for another eligible fragrance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

An exchange will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected and confirmed to meet the requirements of this policy.

Any applicable difference in product price or shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please include your order number, name, contact number, and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Wait for Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide the necessary return instructions if your request is eligible.

Please do not send the product back before contacting us.

3. Send the Product Using a Traceable Courier

Once your return has been approved, securely pack the perfume in its original packaging and send it using a traceable delivery service.

Keep your courier receipt and tracking information until your return has been successfully processed.

4. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect its condition.

If the product meets all requirements of this policy, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

* Returns without prior communication with Aeromist may not be accepted.
* Products damaged during return shipping may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
